In Iran, on 12 March, Nizami Day was recognized to commemorate the great Persian poet. Therefore, the international conference of "Hakim Nezami Ganjavi" was held virtually in collaboration between the Cultural Counselorship of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Jakarta and the Islamic University of Raden Fatah. At the opening ceremony of the conference, H.E. Mohammad Azad, the Ambassador of the I.R. Iran to Indonesia, Dr. Mohammad Reza Ebrahimi, the Cultural Counselor of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Professor Prof. Dr Nyayu Khodijah, S.Ag, M.Si, the President of Raden Fatah University, Dr. Gholamreza Mostali Parsa from Allameh Tabatabai University and Dr. Muhammad Walidin, S.Ag.,m.Hum. from Raden Fatah University presented their views over a Hakim Nezami Ganjavi  and his place in Iranian literature. In this conference, aiming at introducing Indonesian youth and students to this talented Iranian poet, H.E. Mohammad Azadi praised Ganjavi's spiritual approach in Persian poetry and literature and described him as a person who put all his potentialities to elevate the position of mankind and humanity in his lifetime.
